SHIPPING & DELIVERY GUIDE
- Discount Buy uses various couriers such as Australia Post, Fast Way, Toll, Allied Express and Sendle for our shipment.
- Goods will be supplied as shown on your order confirmation, which will be provided to you by email.
- You will be provided with a tracking number once the item has been shipped.
- Delivery time only starts after buyers’ payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched from the warehouse (usually 1-2 working days after receipt of cleared payment).
- We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners would be able to guarantee either.
- Discount Buy will endeavour to deliver between 4-14 days depending upon location. However, delivery times may go beyond standard days according to the delivery address you have nominated & the courier service.
- You acknowledge and agree that any representations made as to delivery times are subject to postal/courier delays or delay caused by any circumstances beyond Discount Buy control and that we will not be liable and will not offer any refunds for any delayed delivery of your purchase including if you select an express service.
- We reserve the right to change, modify or discontinue any delivery options at our absolute discretion.
- Please note we are unable to deliver to certain postcodes as listed below. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
UNDELIVERABLE POSTCODES
Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Please get in touch if you live in rural areas.
